Individual Therapy
As a licensed clinical social worker, I take into consideration how your experiences and the world around you are impacting you.
Treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment. I will make recommendations for treatment that will help you achieve your goals. I will teach you how to make connections between what you are thinking, feeling, and doing to feel better. Together, we will work to understand how stress is impacting you and practice clinically proven strategies to help you relax.
